Inauguration Ceremony: New Building Block

Venue: Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya, Badarpur

     The program started by receiving the guests by band troupe. Inauguration of our new building, the Computer Lab (by Sri. Bijoy Garodia, Chairman BVCL), the Science Lab (by Sri. Bimalendu Roy, Saha Sanchalak, VK Barak Vibhag) & the Library (by Sri. Pravin Dabholkar, All India Treasurer of VK Kanyakumar) were done by our guests. The Coconut breaking by Hon’ble Chief Guest by lightening the lamp with 3 Omkaras & Pradip Prajwalan mantra.

      The cultural program was started with mangalacharn. Various programs performed by the students are Band troop display, cultural presentation (songs and dance), traditional parade by alumni and Class X students, yoga and pyramid display.

Introduction & welcome of the guests were coordinated by Sri Bijan Sir, RAO, VKSPV. Welcome Speech was delivered by Sri Mukesh Agarwal, President, VDC VKV Badarpur. Speeches are delivered by Sri Vishwas Lapalkar, Prant Sangathak, (VK Bangal Prant, on Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalayas & Gensis of VKV Badarpur), by Sri. Santosh Bajaj, Director, BVCL, by Sri. Bijay Garodia, Chairman, BVCL. by Honorable MLA, Badarpur, by Sri. Pravin Dabholkar, All India Treasurer, VK Kanyakumari, on 50 Years of Sadhana of Vivekananda Kendra), by the Chief Guest- Sri Parimal Suklabaidya, Honorable Minister of Govt. Of Assam. 

      The program ended by some words of gratitude by our Head Master Sri. Prashanta Chakraborty, shanti mantra and National Anthem by band troop.

     There were parents, press person, other well-wishers and students present in this event. Small refreshments were arranged for all present in the program.
