Gita Chanting Competition
31st December 2021
The school has organized the Gita chanting competition in the school where students from different classes participated. Total of 27 sloka were chanted by memorizing. Lower grade children have memorized only 10 slokas. It was an amazing day for all of us to experience the bliss with our children who performed the activity with dedication. For half of the classes it will be organize tomorrow.

Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya Badarpur celebrates the National Mathematics Day on 29th December 2021. Every year all over the country the National Mathematics Day is celebrated to honor the great mathematician Srinivasa Ramanujan, who was born on 22nd Dec 1887. In the morning assembly speech were delivered by student and teachers. Various activities like mathematics race, quiz, model making competition were conducted for the students of different class. To enlighten the students by the contribution of Ramanujan a video was shown before the starting of the activities.

Students of our Vidyalaya got prizes in Gita Shloka competition organised by Maharshi Sandipan Vidyapith.
Tapasya Dutta received 2nd prize in Group A, Nandika Bhattacharya and Subhadeep Dutta received 1st and 3rd position in Group B and Bohnishikha Bhattacharjee received 3rd position in Group C. Priyani Chanda and Aishani Bhattacharjee got the participation certificates.

event is focused to give the mother, who is the backbone of the family,
to open up with each other through various activities. Activities
included fun rhyming,
games, singing etc. Total 30 mothers were present and all together
including teachers children total 45 were present in today's Matri
Sammelan.
