Bhasa Sahid Diwas

The programme was started with Mangalacharan followed by 11 no of pradip prajwalan and offering of flowers by all students, teachers and non-teaching staffs,in memory of those 11 Martyrs, who sacrificed their life for providing proper honour to the Mother Tongue. After that Sri Sayantan Chanda, Asstt.Teacher, of our school presented a speech upon the incident and the importance of the Day. The program concluded with Shanti Path.

Rabindra Jayanti

Rabindra Jayanti was observed on 9th May. The programme started with Mangalacharan followed by offering of flowers to the portrait of Rabindra Nath Tagore and Omkara. On the occasion a speech was delivered by Sri Amit Debnath Asstt.Teacher, about the life and messages of Rabindranath Tagore. House wise recitation of poems (written by Rabindranath Tagore) and group song (Rabindra Sangeet) competition was organised by the students of all classes. The programme ended with ShantiPath.
